Book review 📚this is another book I would recommend to aspiring barristers! Clegg has appeared in some of the best known criminal cases of recent times, so his memoir is an absolute goldmine. I found it particularly interesting to learn how cases were won and lost. As I want to be a barrister myself, I think it’s really important to learn from hugely successful advocates and how they defended some of the most difficult cases. Even if you’re not interested in criminal law, I think there’s something we can all learn from Clegg.
