✨// Good evening law bees! Hope you all had a lovely Christmas yesterday! I’ve had no motivation all day until 9pm tonight. I’ve looked at my interviewing scenario. My assessment is the 6th of January in the morning. I’m kinda feeling okay for it. The instructions are very vague due to having to ask the client plenty of questions! I wish it gave that little bit more information (though any note taking I do now on business law will only go to revising for the exam for March! So it’s kind of a two birds, one stone scenario). I’m looking back at points to note on my practice interview assessment. He said my advocacy and the questions I asked were great - I just needed to be more confident with advice and give more. So I’ll be sure to remember as much as I can surrounding setting up a company. Have any of you got your interviewing assessment coming up in the new year? Maybe you’ve already had your assessment - if so, any advice or tips? I’m currently reading from my BLP textbook as a refresher to bodies like partnerships and limited companies (just the basics really), whilst having the last bit of wine! I will be posting tomorrow!
