Here are some realities of what my life looks like studying to become a solicitor: ▪️It takes at least 6 years to become qualified - don’t let this put you off though! It comprises of a 3 year undergraduate, 1 year LPC (postgrad) and a 2 year training contract to qualify as a solicitor if you study law at university. ▫️It’s true, there is a LOT of reading - but it’s completely manageable if you do it regularly and in chunks! Plus it definitely helps when trying to secure the top grades🙌🏼. ▪️It’s competitive - The legal field is very competitive to get into, but it’s totally doable and if you work hard you will certainly see it all pay off! ▫️it’s SO rewarding - studying law is one of the most rewarding degrees out there! You gain a huge variety of skills that are transferable to most career paths and it’s a well respected degree too. 🌟 What made you choose the degree you are studying/have studied? 🌟 #studygram #lawdegree #lawstudy #lawblog #lawblogger #llb #revision #lawstudent #lawstudies #futurelawyer #lawschool #studylaw #llblaw #studymotivation #studytips #studyspo #studystudy #studyblog #studyinspo #studygramcommunity #studyaccount #studyblr #studynotes #studywithme #studying #ulaw #studyblogger #studygrammer #studylife #studyinspiration lawstudentinleeds (@lawstudentinleeds) posted on Instagram December 02, 2020 12:03
