🍰Happy Sunday bees!// I’m at it again with my whisk and I’ve made a three tiered lemon and raspberry cake! I’m honestly so proud of myself with how it looks. It has actual raspberries in the sponge, lemon icing and then daffodil edible flowers, frozen dried crushed raspberries, actual raspberries and golden sprinkles on top. I hope it tasted as good as it looks! So the Easter break is nearly over and on Wednesday I’m back doing my elective modules being Employment and Private client. I’ve nearly done the private client workshop! Just got to do a few more bits and then finish off employment. Kinda looking forward to learning things again. The first year of the LPC will nearly be finishing in summer and this year is already going so fast! I’m going to do some employment law reading today. What do you guys think I should bake next?
