Live Prospectus - by the people who know us best, our students

Happy Thursday guys,⠀ ⠀ I hope you have all had a productive week!⠀ ⠀ This week I managed to get some of my preparation finished in advance which has allowed me to start revising for my Wills & Administration of Trusts MCQ exam, which is in two weeks.⠀ ⠀ For us full-time LPC students, teaching stops on 16 December and our MCQ exam and client interviewing assessment is almost on our doorstep! So, it is important we have organised ourselves in advance to allow us some revision time. Thankfully my uni has already provided me with revision materials right at the start of my course and most workshops have been geared towards examinable material. I find getting into the exam frame of mind as early as possible extremely helpful. ⠀ ⠀ How long do you wait until you revise before an exam?⠀ ⠀ I find perusing notes at least a month in advance helpful to keep my mind focused on the topic. However, on a course like the LPC this isn't always possible. With the amount of reading and preparatory work required for workshops plus revision, there are times where it is difficult to know what to do next! So I decided to prep in advance and leave the remainder of the week free for revision and practice tests. ⠀ ⠀ As my MCQ exam involves Inheritance Tax which seems to be a mind boggle for every student, I am glad to have started early. ⠀ ⠀ Have a great rest of the week and weekend! See you next week :)⠀ ⠀ #TLPTakeover by Kirsty Henton (misshenton ), LPC Student at the University of Law.⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ #law #LPC #lawstudentlife #TLPlawyerlife #solicitor #trainee #ULaw #Thursdaymotivation #careersinlaw #getintolaw #grind #london
