BACK TO UNI! 👩🏽 ⚖️✨⚖️ I honestly can’t believe it’s already time for uni, but I’m honestly SO excited to start the 2nd year of my LPC LLM with u_law 👩🏽 ⚖️🙌🏼 I think it’s very (if not more) important to maintain some sort of structure or routine now! Here are some things that I have found helpful when studying/working from home remotely: WORK ON YOUR MINDSET 🕊 Remember that you’re doing this for YOU and your future. Your thoughts will reflect back to you so be confident in yourself and your capabilities this year! SET AN ALARM 🚨 Wake up at the same time everyday - this improves your sleep at night and will keep you more alert and productive during the day! (If you need it and you have time, sleep in-listen to your body!!) PLAN OUT YOUR DAY My agenda is my best friend when it comes to uni/work. Planning out my day, writing out to -do -lists and organising my life on paper acts as motivation to complete tasks/be productive, (in a way it keeps me accountable and keep me on track) PLUS it feels good to check things off ✔️ DEDICATE A WORK SPACE Whether you’re at your desk or dining room table, have an area where you can set up all your things and work away. It’s tempting to stay in bed but I personally feel way more motivated when I’m at my desk. It important to separate spaces so that our brains 🧠 don’t get confused 🤷🏻 ♀️ TAKE BREAKS Breaks are ESSENTIAL!! We need time to rethink and recuperate! Breaks to eat/snack, exercise, go on walks or even scroll on our phones are totally necessary. 😌 - - - - This is what works for me, so find what works for you!
