INTERVIEWING AND ADVISING EXAM The second u_law LPC exam was an oral assessment. These were my favourite at LLB! For this exam, we were given a scenario 30 minutes before the exam time. My biggest tip- practice out loud! I promise you, it may sound all put together in your head, but when you say it out loud you will realise how it flows etc. We already knew it would be on one of two areas of business law, so how did I prep?
