Often the stress generated from this can lead to the neglect of our health and wellbeing as a result of the amount of exercise we do, the food we eat and most importantly the amount of rest we give ourselves🤯 . - . I for one feel the full force of this, and without the support and interaction with others I would be struggling considerably more📲 . - . Throughout these unprecedented times, I have come to terms with the importance of online social interaction, and thought it would be good to address this topic by setting out ways we can all stay connected💻 . - . This realisation came as a result of launching my new initiative harryslaw last Friday📰 . - . With networking events and meetings cancelled, it is important for us to maintain our connections and cultivate new ones through the online tools available to us📊 . - . Building your own personal network could potentially open up a number or doors for you in the future, and although it may seem daunting to reach out to new people, I cannot emphasise enough on the importance of going out of your comfort zone🙏🏻 . - . Offering support and helping others is always something I keep at the forefront of my mind, and this is why I enjoy interacting with new people - many of us struggle from time to time and it is touching to see so many people willing to help one another👏🏻 . - .
