The Supreme Court is the highest court in the United Kingdom, serving as the final court of appeal for civil cases across the UK and for criminal cases in England, Wales, and Northern Ireland. It was established in 2009, replacing the judicial functions of the House of Lords. But yo! This building has been since 1913 The Court deals with cases of the greatest public or constitutional importance. As a Nigerian girl who crumpled her desire to study law in her home country due to my lack of faith in the legal system, as it were back home (pre my undergrad) I feel lucky to still live out my dreams of being a legal professional in an efficient lawful system. It is so worth it! The financial toll ( another investment) My time, juggling adultlife, & responsibilities in a high-cost environment, as such I live in - London.. I am grateful for Grace!
