land law lecture + workshop this afternoon. 🌎 we’re focussing on third party rights/interests in the registered land system and how these interests can bind a purchaser 🔑. out of all the areas ive studied so far on the GDL - this is definitely the hardest for me, too many statutes and definitions for my liking.
