How to maintain motivation during lockdown: - Take regular breaks and allow yourself one day off a week - Try listening to different background sounds on YouTube / I’ve found that library sounds work best for me - Remember the reasons why you’re studying (e.g. to achieve your dream job, to help people, to get rich etc.) - Find short videos that motivate you / I’ve found that watching a 70 questions with a college student (domonique_cynthia) helped me regain some focus - Set realistic goals - don’t think that just because you’re at home you have to be the worlds most productive person - Try going out for a walk when you start to feel lethargic - Communicate with course friends and perhaps organise a revision zoom call - Try to set yourself times during which you will study (e.g. 9-5 or 10-6) allowing time for short breaks!
