I’ve been fairly quiet on here recently as it’s been non stop reading and writing as I continue work on my legal research project. I have been exploring the rise of social media within the workplace and the implications this can have on employment law. It has been particularly interesting analysing how the COVID-19 pandemic has fed into this discourse and the effects this continues to have on employer/employee relationships.
