I found the elective overall but found incredibly challenging yet enjoyable. I think for me it was more about getting my head around the terminology and getting into grips with it. I expected the exam to be difficult and it certainly did not disappoint. Having looked at past specimen papers and upon realising there were no advance documents prior to the assessment, I anticipated that some questions may not appear in the exam, and when I realised this to be the case, I was so relieved! Although I’m incredibly anxious and it’s the first time ever where I’ve come out of an exam and have no genuine feeling about whether I’ve done enough to pass or whether it’s a fail. I just don’t know. I can sit here and worry and eat myself up overthinking, but I know it won’t change the outcome. I’ve done all I can and that’s it. On reflection 💭 The worst part: waiting for the final LPC results to release and it won’t be until March 2025. The best part: Monday 19th December will be my final exam on the LPC and officially draw a close to the course (subject to passing these final two exams!) 😁 #LPCLLM #LPC #bankinganddebtfinance #ULaw #mastersstudent #lawstudent #lawelective #lawelectives simplydereen (@simplydereen) posted on Instagram December 13, 2024 16:47
