Alongside with the stationary they provided I have also bought myself a cheap whiteboard and diary from Tesco, four lever arch files from B&M, tabs, post it notes, and exercise books! I’m in desperate need of a University bag please DM me recommendations!😫 Whilst sharing some successes on here I want to be transparent and honest about rejections too. I was slightly disheartened a few days ago to discover I had not received a ULaw scholarship, despite passing the online critical reasoning assessment. I am self-funding the LPC without the Masters from my own back pocket so it would have been a huge help. On reflection, the decision was out of my hands and I could not have done anymore or controlled the outcome differently so it is not worth dwelling on now, nor has it discouraged me from the course itself. Congrats to those who were awarded!☺️ I’m still in the early process of researching firms I genuinely could see myself training with. I’m coming across a lot of exciting firms that I had not heard of this time last year who suit me more than those I applied to in previous cycles! My time will come🤞🏼... #law#student#lawstudent#lawgraduate#graduating#graduatejob#lawyer#university#ulaw#lawschool#lawblog#lawblogger#LPC#lawdegree#womeninlaw#sportlaw#vacscheme#trainingcontract#internship#getintolaw#legallife#lawyersofinstagram#younglawyer#careerhelp#legaljobs#legalrecruitment legallyemma (@legallyemma) posted on Instagram August 28, 2020 09:31
