Motivation is what pushes us to achieve our goals. Sometimes it can be challenging to stay focussed & motivated. Whether it is rejections that are bringing you down, or everything that’s come with 2020! However, one has to keep going in order to overcome adversity and reach the desired goal. So how does one keep motivated? My top tips: 💪🏼Plan - Have a schedule where all your deadlines are clearly written. Setting yourself a routine can really help. 💪🏼Set targets - Large tasks can be broken down into smaller tasks to make this more manageable. Setting yourself realistic daily/weekly/monthly targets can really help you keep on top of everything. 💪🏼Take breaks - Take some time to recharge. A coffee break, a short walk, a set time to catch up on your favourite TV show, any short break can really help you stop procrastinating! So set yourself a time for a short break.
