Yesterday we started land law and it’s very clear that it will be one of my favourite modules this semester! The first unit is based on proving ownership of land, transferring ownership, fixtures, chattels and more which I think is extremely valuable to know (especially to those interested in property)! 🏡 I’m excited to explore this module more and see what land law is all about. As I said in my previous post, real estate and commercial property are two different areas of law I’m strongly considering as seats once I get a TC✨ Talking about TCs, my application for one of my firms will finally be sent off this morning!
