Let’s have a look at the other options’ and then *BOOM* the most incredible contractual variation, consideration and promissory estoppel problem question I’ve ever seen in my life🙌🏼 - All in all, it went phenomenally well in my opinion!🤯 that’s not to say I’m going to achieve an extremely high mark, but it is to say that I feel confident that I knew what I was talking about which hopefully will be enough to get the the grade I desire🥺 - The MCQ’s were also very reasonable! The way the contract exam is set out is: 10 MCQ’s (20 marks) and 2 essays (40 marks each) SO I’m hoping I’m in with a change of bagging a good grade🙋🏻 ♂️ - This isn’t a braggy post at all for all of those that are wondering; I just want to show that hard work really does pay off! And if I can go into an exam thinking ‘I’ve got this’ whilst working a 9-5 and studying law full time, you definitely can! - I think it’s time for a hard earned 2 and a half weeks off ahead of semester 2!🎉 - #law #lawdegree #legal #legaldegree #lawblog #lawblogger #llb #university #revision #lawstudent #student #ulaw #lawstudies #lawrevision #motivation #degree #ulaw #lawschool #futurelawyer #trainingcontract #vacationscheme #fresher #lawschoolexams #lawexamrevision #lawstudy #lawstudygram #lawcoursework #llblaw #contractlaw #contractlawrevision #contractlawexam lawstudentinleeds (@lawstudentinleeds) posted on Instagram January 14, 2020 13:17
