As some of you may have seen on my story today, I entered the 2020 Blog Competition run by londonyounglawyers and The Lawyer a few weeks ago. The challenge was to write a 500 - 700 word blog on the following title - 'What are the most important skills for lawyers of the future?'⁣ ⁣ I am delighted to announce I am a runner up in the competition and my blog was awarded second place!! πŸ₯ˆπŸ₯‚πŸΎ πŸŽ‰ It has been published on londonyounglawyers publicity page and you can check it out by following the link in their bio! I honestly couldn't be happier and want to thank everyone at LYLG and The Lawyer for taking the time to consider my entry! ⁣ ⁣ Huge congrats to kaihui.kathleenteo who was also a runner up, and the competition WINNER Nouf Abdulrahman tlcbrief - looking forward to reading your blog in The Lawyer! πŸ‘πŸ½πŸ‘πŸ½πŸ‘πŸ½β£ ⁣ I absolutely love entering competitions like this, not because I want to focus on winning, but because it's a fantastic way to learn and build your knowledge of the legal sector. ⁣To enter anything like this, you have to do your research. Researching means you acquire knowledge on a topic that you may have never considered before. I always come away from these competitions feeling like I've gained so much more awareness of crucial legal issues so it's always worth it! Now to celebrate with my prosecco! πŸ–‹ πŸ₯‚πŸΎβ£ ⁣
