It’s a bit scary to see how quickly time passes at the moment. I’ve been busy with exam prep for my contract and tort exams u_law and work and that’s pretty much all I’ll be doing until at least mid June. With all the sitting I’ve been doing it’s even more important than ever to take breaks in between to stretch and strengthen the upper body and core. Here’s a little at home upper body workout. 12 exercises, 3 sets, 4 rounds each set.
