✅DEALING WITH MENTAL HEALTH DURING THE COVID-19 OUTBREAK✅ 🌈READ AND SWIPE 🌈 As we reach the end of the week, it is almost a month since the government introduced lockdown measures. First of all, I want to wish you and your families all the best - taking care of your mental health and well being is essential in order for you to look after your physical health. You’re not alone in this battle and it is completely understandable for you to feel unproductive, frustrated and demotivated. I have experienced this over the last couple of weeks - which is partly why I wanted to write this post. Throughout this uncertain period, it is important to keep in the forefront of our minds that by taking the actions we are and staying at home - we are all helping to slowly stop the spread of Covid-19. As you all know, I made this account to share and document my journey - and to interact and connect with others along the way. I wanted to thank every one of you for the kind guidance and support you have offered me, especially given all that is going on in the world right now. I want to offer my support to anybody who needs it - by this I mean that if you’re ever struggling with anything, be it mental heath, uni work, or if you would just like to have a conversation with someone new to take your mind off things, my inbox is alway open. Having experienced this myself, I know the importance of talking about your worries. Keeping a positive mindset can make all the difference.
