✨Not being ready for uni✨ This is me aged 18 in 2018 (ahhh scary saying I am soon approaching my 21st 😬👵🏻) at Royal Holloway University. Me and my friend would always go to study there for our A-levels at the weekends / school holidays normally studying from 4pm to 2am 🦉 At that point my heart skipped a beat when I thought about law and becoming a lawyer (it still does if I’m being honest). However, I felt so overwhelmed and scared at the thought of university. I was never very confident as a child. Moving away from my close knit family, being in a unfamiliar place, sharing a house with strangers. I just wasn’t ready for it. Getting a solicitor apprenticeship gave me the chance to flourish in a way I never thought I would, or could, and allowed me to stay at home until I was ready to leave.
