And just like that, LPC year one is done🌟 Very grateful to have achieved a distinction overall this year. I've never been someone who is 'academic' and so it is quite a surreal feeling. This time last year I didn't have a training contract. I hadn't started the LPC and I had no intention of enrolling in 2020. If you had told me that in July 2021 I would have finished year 1 of the LPC with a TC lined up I wouldn't have believed you.... So much can happen in a year. To anyone who missed out on securing a TC this year, or didn't quite get the grades they wanted - KEEP GOING! I have been in both of those positions and there is usually ALWAYS a way to get to where you want to be, even if it takes a bit longer or you have to take an unexpected detour. I've recorded my reaction to opening my results which I will upload to my YouTube channel later on.
