I graduated from my LLB with u_law yesterday 👩 🎓 I have worked so hard over the past 3 years and am so proud to be graduating with a First Class degree 📜 In first year I worked 5 days a week in order to make ends meet and keep a roof over my head. It was incredibly draining having both uni and work 5 days a week! There were many a late night, all nighter and a cry. In second year Covid struck and we moved to online learning. We thought this transition would be temporary but little did we know our final 2 years would be completed online 💻 It was difficult to transition (especially in student accommodation when space is limited anyway). Your room had now become your living space, bedroom and now your lecture space! I found it so difficult to switch off because I was having to associate my room with so many things. There are days I’d struggle to motivate myself to work because I’d see my bed and get excited😂 and days where I couldn’t sleep because all I could think about is uni. However, myself along with thousands across the world made it work ! I have now officially graduated and I started my BPC LLM with u_law in September 🥳 the dream is to become a barrister and yesterday was a great step towards that 🤍 I DID IT!! 🥳 #graduation #barbican #ulawgrad #ulaw #graduation2021
